Privacy policy

If you join the waiting list: your email address, and nothing else.

If you use super247:

• Your account email.
• The Gmail messages and Google Calendar events of the accounts you connect, through the access you grant on Google's own screen.
• If you connect Google Drive: the names and dates of the documents you create or edit (never their content), and the documents super247 creates for you there.
• What you send super247: chat messages, voice notes, notes, and the changes you make in the app.
• From the app, only what you allow: your approximate location (for weather and your time zone), your Apple Health activity summary, and a notification token.
• What super247 does for you: the tasks, briefs, drafts and memory it builds, and a log of its actions, so it can show you what it did and undo it.

One thing: run super247 for you. Sort your mail, build your daily brief, keep your tasks, prepare drafts, answer you in the chat, and remember the people and projects in your life so it can act with context.

super247 never sends an email, accepts an invitation or pays anything without your explicit approval. We do not sell your data, we do not show you ads, and we do not share your data with anyone except the providers listed below, only to run the service.

super247's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Concretely: data from your Gmail, Calendar and Drive is used only to provide and improve the features you see, for you. It is never used for advertising, never sold, never read by a person unless you ask us to for support or the law requires it, and never used to train a general-purpose AI model.

To read and write on your behalf, super247 sends the relevant content to Anthropic's Claude API, and voice notes to OpenAI for transcription. Both are used through their commercial APIs, whose terms do not allow them to train their models on this data by default.

super247 gets better in two ways, kept separate on purpose.

For you: it learns your preferences from what you do, like the tasks you close, the drafts you keep and the corrections you make. That memory is yours and serves only you.

For everyone: we look at how the product behaves, not at your content. For example, how often a request could not be fulfilled and why, or where an error happened. These signals are stripped of message content and identities before they inform changes to the product. The content of your mail, calendar and documents is never used for this.

super247's servers run in Germany. These providers process data for us, each only for the job listed:

As long as your account is active. If you leave or ask us to delete your account, we delete your data from our servers within 30 days, and from backups as they rotate out. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

• Ask for a copy of your data, or for its correction or deletion, by writing to us.
• Disconnect Google at any time from your Google account permissions; super247 then stops reading your mail, calendar and documents. You can also disconnect each source from super247's own settings.
• Turn off location, Health or notifications in your phone's settings.
• Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you have further rights, including to object and to complain to your data protection authority.

Access to your accounts uses tokens stored on our servers with restricted permissions and never shared. Access to the servers is limited to the people who operate super247. No system is perfect: if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you.

super247 is not intended for anyone under 16.
